We are looking for an experienced CRM Insights Analyst to join our customer-focused Marketing team in Consumer Services.Reporting to the CRM Performance Manager, you will help develop segmentation and data strategies to drive improvements across our multi-channel customer communications as part of the CRM marketing team. You will be customer-focused, commercially motivated and experienced at translating insights into actionable recommendations. You will support the insight-driven customer communications programmes.
- Support the CRM customer contact strategy – Customer Journey planning to ensure we have the right trigger programmes in place and that these are constantly improved the customer life cycle journeys to maximise customer lifetime value.
- Support CRM test and learn programme – you will work with campaign managers to test hypotheses and ensure that all communications are tested and optimised,including testing of communications timing, multi-channel impact and A/B testing
- Support the segmentation and customer lifecycle strategy – to ensure customer data is used to drive a personalised customer experience, focusing resource on where it makes the most impact on sales to segment messaging and product offerings
- Use insights to identify new customer communication opportunities
- Conduct deep dive post-camping analysis – use SQL and multiple data sources to analyse the customer and commercial impact of different email and push campaig

Experience and Skills
- Analytical experience with experience writing and executing SQL queries
- Advanced Excel (including pivot tables and advanced formulas an advantage)
- Experience pulling and presenting results/analysis
- Commercial acumen and strategic understanding
- Experience using Google Analytics 4
- Experience using Mixpanel
- Experience creating reporting dashboards would be beneficial
- Understanding & knowledge of Marketing/CRM
