The Client Access Management Team is responsible for the delivery of identity and access management services for UK&I Experian customers and products. Reporting to the Manager Client Access Management your primary goal is to ensure that our customers have the right access to the right products at the right time. This is a client-facing and client-focused role.
What you\’ll do:
- Guide customers through the access request process and resolve related queries.
- Validate information and provision access for select Experian products.
- Support client contact attestation and user access reviews.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, audits, and global security standards.
- Help meet CIAM KPIs and SLAs through efficient workload management.
- Identify and suggest process improvements; update documentation.
- Help onboard new colleagues and support team collaboration.
- Perform new customer checks, manage account setup, and monitor license renewals.
- Follow escalation and complaint procedures.

Experience and Skills
