About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a market‑leading company with ambitious growth plans, playing a critical role in enabling a high‑performing global marketingorganisation. AsMarketing Operations Analyst, you will be responsible foroptimisingmarketing systems, processes, data, and reporting to support demand generation, customer marketing, and partner marketing across EMEA.

You will work closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and Analytics teams to ensure accurate data flow, campaign execution, attribution, and performance measurement. This role is highly analytical and operational, with a strong focus on processoptimisation, automation, and delivering actionable insights to drive smarter marketing decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage andoptimisemarketing operations processes, systems, and workflows across the full funnel.Systems are 6Sense,Hubspotand Salesforce.
  • Own marketing automation and CRM integration to ensure clean data, accurate reporting, and efficient execution.
  • Build, maintain, andoptimisedashboards and reports covering pipeline, revenue attribution, and campaign performance.
  • Support demand generation, customer, and partner marketing teams with campaign setup, QA, execution, andoptimisation.
  • Establish and maintain data governance, lead management, scoring, routing, and lifecycle definitions.
  • Analysemarketing performance trends and provide insights to improve conversion, efficiency, and ROI.
  • Partner with Sales Operations andRevOpsto align funnel metrics, attribution models, and forecasting.
  • Support rollout and adoption of new tools, processes, and best practices within the marketingorganisation.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and consent management requirements (GDPR).
  • Document processes, maintain operational playbooks, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience inB2BMarketing Operationswithin a B2B technology environment.
  • Expertisein marketing automation platform-HubSpot and CRM systems-Salesforceand intentplatform 6Sense andCognism.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and funnel performance measurement.
  • Solid understanding of lead management, attribution models, and demand generation workflows.
  • High attention to detail with a process‑driven and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Business, Marketing, Analytics, or equivalent degree or experience.
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and comfortable working with incomplete or complex data.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Being hungry to drive pipeline, a solution mindset, positive approach and proud in winning business.
