The role reports directly to the Commercial Director.
As Commercial Manager, you will support the Commercial Director in shaping and executing the global wholesale commercial strategy at a regional level. - Participate in customer negotiations, taking a lead on commercial terms and risk management, with a strong focus on cross-border, high-value wholesale agreements.
- Serve as the primary commercial partner for Wholesale Sales Leadership and Account Management teams across EMEA, offering strategic guidance on commercial approach and deal execution.
- Act as the delegated authority for the Commercial Director on pricing approvals, non-standard terms, and commercial escalations.
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Bid Management to streamline approvals for complex wholesale deals, ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial targets.
- Lead the commercial governance process for pricing changes, credits, and rebates, particularly in relation to long-term contracts and volume-based agreements.
- Deliver regular commercial performance reporting, including trading updates and margin analysis, to Regional Wholesale Leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Support commercial strategy development, including market segmentation, account prioritization, and price positioning tailored to the wholesale landscape.
- Ensure operational alignment between Sales Operations, Bid Management, and Commercial teams, promoting process efficiency and consistency in customer engagement.
Requirements
- An academic education in Finance, Business, Economics or related fields.
- 5 – 10 years of relevant and proven experience in a Financial or Commercial role.
- Experience in forecasting and pipeline analysis as well as experience in negotiating and structuring deals with customers.

- A dedicated business professional with strong communication ability and who is comfortable working with large Enterprise customers, within an international environment.
- Strong Commercial as well as Financial business sense, keen analytical capabilities and ability to make decisions and strong drive for execution.
- Strong business acumen and leadership skills, the ability to translate complex information into simple readable data and visualizations.
- Ability to operate at different levels and to build and maintain strong relationships.
