We are looking for a passionate Game Designer to join our dynamic team. The role can be office based in the UK or worked remotely with some occasional office visits. You will be critical to the product function, as you will be performing a lead role in ideating Casino/Slot game concepts and themes in collaboration with other game designers and mathematicians. You will be part of a team in delivering high quality Casino/Slot games to the market by strong collaboration with our game producers, designers, animators, sound designers, mathematicians and software engineers experts. Ideate Casino game concepts having always in mind the wider Product strategy. Collaborate with other Game Designers to keep a competitive games portfolio. Participate in creation and review of original math models, new game themes, and concepts for Casino games (Slots, Table, Other). Participates in collaboration sessions regarding game, interface, animation, sound, and art style. Innovate and improve leading game mechanics and ideas for new game products. As a Game Designer, you will ultimately be responsible for the mechanics and dynamics of the Casino games produced across our studio(s). Engages with the commercial team to understand market conditions and requirements. 3+ years as a Slot Game Designer, or similar role in the Casino Gaming industry. ~ Understanding of systems, mechanics and feature design. ~ Comfortable with Excel/spreadsheets. ~ Attractive salary and customisable benefits package Flexible working hours and ways of working (we promote hybrid working model (work time is split between working 3 days a week in the office and 2 days from home).
