The Role
We're looking for a curious and detail-oriented Test Analyst to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our B2B SaaS platform, working closely with developers and product to catch issues early and help us ship with confidence. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their QA career who wants to grow in a fast-paced, product-led environment that takes quality seriously.
What you'll be doing:
- Designing and executing manual test cases for new features, bug fixes, and regression cycles.
- Testing REST APIs using tools such as Postman - validating request/response behaviour, authentication, error handling, and data integrity.
- Working closely with developers to understand acceptance criteria and translating them into effective test scenarios.
- Logging, tracking, and retesting defects clearly and methodically using a bug tracking tool (e.g. Jira).
- Contributing to and maintaining test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and exploratory testing notes.
- Participating in sprint ceremonies - refinement, planning, and retrospectives - as a quality advocate.
- Collaborating with the team to identify gaps in test coverage and suggest improvements to test processes.
What you'll need:
- Hands-on experience testing mobile and web applications.
- Familiarity with manual testing techniques - equivalence partitioning, boundary testing, exploratory testing.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and HTTP concepts (methods, status codes, headers, payloads).
- Experience using Postman or a similar API testing tool.
- Ability to write clear, reproducible bug reports.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Exposure to an Agile/Scrum delivery process and familiarity with a bug/issue tracker such as Jira are advantageous.
