In this role, you will manage air export shipments end to end, ensuring accurate documentation, system updates, and close coordination with customers, airlines, and internal teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the air export process from booking to delivery
- Ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
- Tracking and tracing Air Export files as required
- Ensuring timely delivery of freight to customers for Import shipments
- Ensuring documents are timely sent to customer or broker for customs purposes
- Ensuring accurate and timely client and vendors billing
- Interacting with our customers in arranging their international shipments, meeting customer service standards
- Meeting company standards of 52 hours training per year per employee
- Promoting compliance in diligently following all company policies and regulations
Qualifications:
- 6 months–1 year of relevant experience (or equivalent training)
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, operating systems)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good Education - preferably to A Level standard. Minimum GCSE Maths and English.
