Manage the preparation and administration of import files from receipt through to completion.
Receive and review shipping documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Process import shipments efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Proactively monitor shipments and communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Complete invoicing and other related administrative tasks accurately and on time
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous; however, full training will be provided, so this is not essential.
