The purpose of this role is to support growth and development of the air import department by monitoring and maintaining the regular flows of freight through the warehouse, through focus on Operations, Finances, Sales, People, Systems, and Culture in adherence to the company's policy and procedures.
Qualifications- Support the Air import team with day-to-day operations.
- Work alongside the warehouse team and support them with visibility of inbound shipments.
- Plan daily activity with team huddles to prepare for cargo collections from the airlines.
- Review department goals with Import leadership team to ensure weβre on track to achieve them.
- Support Breakbulk Agents to ensure timely break down of consolidations.
- Meet company standards of 52 hours training per year, including as needed management/leadership training.
