We are looking for a dedicated and proactive AOG/CLS & Air Export Agent to manage high-profile, time-sensitive shipments in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is ambitious and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle urgent and high-pressure shipments with efficiency and accuracy.
- Proactively identify and implement solutions for service disruptions, keeping customers informed and offering alternative options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers, including airlines and trucking companies.
- Evaluate vendors at defined intervals, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, operational process standards (OPS), and external regulations.
- Continuously assess department process flow to identify areas for improved efficiency.
Air Export Responsibilities
- Receive, prepare, and route shipments in compliance with customer requirements
- Manage freight receipt and processing to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution.
- Monitor shipments throughout transit to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
- Willingness to learn and develop expertise in imports

Requirements
- Experience in the handling of AOG, CLS is essential
- Good market and product knowledge.

- Knowledge of compliance regulations and industry standards.
