We are looking for a dedicated and proactive AOG/CLS & Air Export Agent to manage high-profile, time-sensitive shipments in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is ambitious and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

• AOG/CLS Responsibilities:
  • Handle urgent and high-pressure shipments with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Proactively identify and implement solutions for service disruptions, keeping customers informed and offering alternative options.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers, including airlines and trucking companies.
  • Evaluate vendors at defined intervals, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, operational process standards (OPS), and external regulations.
  • Continuously assess department process flow to identify areas for improved efficiency.
• Air Export Responsibilities:
  • Receive, prepare, and route shipments in compliance with customer requirements.
  • Manage freight receipt and processing to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution.
  • Monitor shipments throughout transit to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to learn and develop expertise in imports.

Product Agent Job-Specific Performance Expectations

• Timely and Accurate Shipment Processing: Ensures smooth freight process flow per OPS, follows customer procedures, and meets KPI standards.
• Timely and Accurate Data Entry: Maintains accurate data in operational systems and monitors exception reports for quick resolution.
• Timely and Accurate Billing and Accounting: Invoices charges timely and accurately; provisions provider charges appropriately and adheres to credit processes.
• Experience in handling AOG and CLS is essential
• Strong market and product knowledge
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and industry standards
