This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Attorney, based in London (relocation assistance available). The role involves providing expert legal advice and representation on a wide range of U.S. immigration matters, including visas, immigration law compliance, and resolving complex immigration-related legal issues. The attorney will also collaborate closely with clients, assist with their cross-border operational needs, and ensure timely execution of immigration processes to support their global objectives.
Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in U.S. Immigration Issues, including visas and legal strategies
- Comprehensive knowledge of Immigration Law and its application to individual and corporate cases (E-2, L-1A/B, O-1, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, ... experience)
- Skills in navigating and resolving diverse immigration-related Legal Issues
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, research, and client interaction capabilities
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to practice law in the United States
- Experience in corporate or startup-related immigration issues is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
