Sign-On Bonus: $1,000!

Schedule: Out for 12 days, home for 2 full days (48 hours) every other weekend.

Routes: OTR across all 48 states, primarily East of I-35, but flexible based on freight availability.

Mileage: Average 2000-2200 miles per week; dependent on Hours of Service (HOS) and availability.

Freight: All no-touch freight.

Drop & Hook: 50-60% of loads; 40-50% live unload.

City Restrictions: No forced dispatch into NYC or its boroughs.

  • Equipment: 2021+ Cascadia Freightliners or Kenworths.
  • Support: 24/7 operations specialists available.

Payscale Based On Verified Experience:

  • 3-5 Months - $0.57
  • 6-11 Months - $0.58
  • 12-23 Months - $0.60
  • 2-9 Years - $0.62
  • 10+ Years - $0.64

Pay & Bonuses:

  • Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the 2nd hour.
  • Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
  • Sign-On Bonus: $500 after the first load, $500 at 30 days.
  • Mileage Bonus: 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity; eligible the first of the month following your hire date.
