- 3-5 Months - $0.57
- 6-11 Months - $0.58

Pay & Bonuses:
- Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the 2nd hour.
- Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
- Sign-On Bonus: $500 after the first load, $500 at 30 days.
- Mileage Bonus: 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity; eligible the first of the month following your hire date.
