Basics of the role
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver projects, including providing technical support
- Monitor budgets for clients based on their specifications to ensure work is delivered to budget and timescales
- Liaise with clients and external designers
- Compile specifications, drawings and contract documents to the required technical quality, ensuring designs comply with the relevant codes, standards, regulations and procedures
- Provide building engineering services design to buildings and infrastructure
- Identify scope changes, under the change control process, and maintain planning and cost control
Who are we looking for
- First and foremost we are looking for someone who is a self starter and can work autonomously, as well as part of a team
- You’ll have 4+ years of working in Mechanical Building Services Design
- UK driving licence
- Ideally hold an industry recognised BEng or MEng degree
