We are currently recruiting for a Graduate Structural Engineer to join a well-established structural engineering consultancy based in the South West. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 6+ months UK consultancy experience (placement year or early post-graduate experience considered) who is looking to build a long-term career in structural engineering within a supportive and design-focused environment.
You will be involved in a variety of building structures projects across residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors, working closely with experienced engineers and gaining valuable hands-on design and project experience.
Key responsibilities:- Assist with structural design and analysis work
- Prepare drawings, calculations and technical documentation
- Support senior engineers on project delivery
- Carry out site visits when required
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 6+ months UK consultancy experience preferred
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD (Revit/Tekla advantageous)
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Keen interest in progressing towards ICE Chartership
