- Product-Financial Transfer Function - Oversee the product roadmap from a financial lens, ensuring initiatives stay aligned with business goals, and translate roadmap decisions, feature launches, and milestones into financial plans, forecasts, and performance narratives.
- Trade-Off Analysis and Decision Support - Identify, quantify, and recommend trade-off options when competing priorities, resourcing constraints, or shifting roadmaps require difficult choices, giving leadership clear, well-reasoned recommendations.
- CRM and Product Loyalty Partnership - Provide full financial partnership to CRM, applying Loyalty business-model knowledge, including OneKeyCash economics and member adoption drivers, to bring financial rigor to program investment decisions and ROI assessment; partner with the Product Loyalty team on the product roadmap.
Experience and Qualifications
- You have 8+ years of finance experience with a bachelor's degree, or 6+ years with a master's degree, including experience developing team members.
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; or equivalent related professional experience.
- You have prior experience with a Loyalty business model (e.g., points/cash currency economics, member lifetime value, redemption liability).
- You have experience supporting Product organizations, with a strong understanding of how product roadmaps translate into financial outcomes.
- You have experience with forecasting, scenario and sensitivity analysis, business-case development, and profit & loss (P&L) driver analysis in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- You have proficient interpersonal and storytelling skills, with a demonstrated ability to partner with and influence senior leadership; familiarity with financial systems such as Oracle EPM Cloud and SQL, and tools like Jira and Confluence, is a plus.
