Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional programs, defining clear objectives, scope, timelines, and success metrics across multiple teams or workstreams.
  • Drive program governance by establishing and running routines such as status reviews, risk/issue management, dependency tracking, and decision forums to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes.
  • Own end-to-end program communications, providing concise, data-driven updates, dashboards, and insights to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring transparent visibility into progress, risks, and changes.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate program risks and cross-team dependencies, using structured problem-solving, process improvement, and change management to keep delivery on track.
  • Leverage and promote the use of data, tooling, AI-driven systems, and standardized frameworks to optimize execution, and safely integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions that improve program outcomes and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience in program or project management in a technical or product-driven environment.
  • Several years of experience leading multi-team or cross-functional programs from initiation through delivery, with accountability for scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Proven experience working closely with engineering and product teams, demonstrating fluency in technical concepts, system and API dependencies, and data-driven decision making for program planning and execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage program-level governance, including dependency management, risk/issue tracking, stakeholder alignment, and change control across services or domains.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real world products or internal programs to enhance execution, visibility, or decision quality.
  • Demonstrated track record leading complex, multi-workstream IT integration or organizational transformation programs.
  • Experience driving enterprise-wide business continuity management (BCM) or disaster recovery programs, including familiarity with ISO 22301 or equivalent frameworks.
  • Track record of managing stakeholder alignment across diverse groups, including legal, compliance, works councils, and multi-company leadership teams, in high-complexity, cross-org programs.
  • Comfortable owning end-to-end program delivery across concurrent, interdependent programs, with the ability to set governance frameworks, delivery standards, and risk escalation paths across a portfolio.
