The Senior Manager, Commercial Operations, manages a team of experts dedicated to deliver project management and operational excellence within SPA. As an experienced operations leader and strategist, you will plan, shape and deliver the team’s project roadmap and own all aspects of partner facing operational support. In this high-impact role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver key company projects, oversee change management initiatives, and implement cutting-edge operations solutions.

Job Duties

  • Strategic Operations Leadership: Design and lead comprehensive Commercial Ops strategies aligned with business objectives, driving commercial success and operational efficiencies.
  • Change Program Management: Develop and execute structured change management initiatives to foster organisational alignment and adaptability.
  • Project Prioritisation and Roadmap Planning: Own the Operations project roadmap and drive difficult conversations on prioritisation and business impact.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and coach a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Communication Planning: Oversee the creation and delivery of impactful communication plans that resonate across diverse business functions and audiences.
  • Performance & Metrics: Establish KPIs for Commercial Operations initiatives, track performance and deliver insights to SPA and G&O Leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a central liaison between P&T, Commercial, Growth & Operations, and other EG stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Problem Solving: Identify the root cause of the problem, consider a range of options and its impact and implement the best solution.

Who you are:

  • Experience: 10+ years in Operations, Project Management, or related roles, including leadership experience in a global, B2B environment.
  • Change Management Expertise: Demonstrated success in leading change programs and driving organisational transformation.
  • Strategic Vision: Proven ability to translate business objectives into actionable project plans.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering strategies to diverse audiences.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong team management and motivational abilities, fostering growth and collaboration among team members.
  • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to measuring success and driving continuous improvement.
  • Service Mindset: Goes beyond solving partners’ needs and issues. Passionate of delivering delightful partner experiences.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau) with a track record of driving adoption and innovation.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required or relevant work experience.
