Overview
In this role you partner with regional Sales and Finance teams to deliver performance insights and drive operational efficiency across Expedia Group's B2B business. You will consolidate financial inputs, build executive-ready reporting, and shape the long-range plan with leadership. Your work adds clarity to drivers of growth, supports risk mitigation, and enables scalable, profitable expansion. The role offers cross-functional collaboration in a fast-moving, global environment with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities
- Deliver monthly and quarterly performance metrics and insights to B2B Sales and Finance management
- Prepare financial management information and executive-level commentary on a monthly, quarterly, and annual cadence
- Model the 3+ year long-range financial plan with input from Finance, Strategy, and Sales leadership
- Enhance operational reporting to drive deeper business performance insight
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses for cross-regional projects and topic deep-dives to support growth and risk mitigation
- Improve processes and controls to enable sustainable, profitable scaling of the B2B business
- Leverage AI and automation to increase efficiency across applicable responsibilities
- Consolidate inputs and prepare slides/summary documents for leadership and Board materials
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Highly fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proven commercial finance experience
- Strong ability to analyze data and provide actionable business insights
- Proven ability to present data visually to financial and non-financial audiences
- Strong Excel skills (model building, formulas, data validation, error troubleshooting)
- Experience with AI agents, Power Pivot, and Power BI is a plus
- Ability to deep-dive into large data sets and identify drivers or variances
- Autonomous, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- Creative problem-solver and effective listener/team player
