This is a high impact and high visibility role with heavy interaction with senior leadership and goals that directly impact the bottom line of the business. To be successful in this position you will need to possess an entrepreneurial mindset and be able to operate with minimal guidance while owning end-to-end deliverables. You will handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, establish priorities, and drive delivery of high-quality outputs in a dynamic work environment with overlapping deadlines and short time constraints.

What You Will Do

  • Work collaboratively with account management teams to gain a profound knowledge of workstreams and performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain demand, workload and staffing forecast models based on historical data to be used in short-term operational execution and long-term budget planning.
  • Maintain historical data hygiene as well as proactively adjust forecast models to account for changes in business processes and metrics.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify trends and/or patterns and make recommendations as appropriate to reduce workload and improve productivity for stakeholder teams.
  • Monitor and track the results of recommendations as appropriate.
  • Research and identify potential risks in staffing levels and develop and implement plans to aid the operation in avoiding or mitigating through the risks as needed.
  • Utilize system reporting tools to analyze current business processes and to support continuous process improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement through data - setting targets, understanding drivers, assessing performance, and modelling scenarios.
  • Present results back to the business in a structured, data-driven manner - simplifying complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Use a problem-solving approach that gets to the underlying business questions, using a variety of data sources and information.

Who You Are

  • Technical skills - advanced SQL skills and competence in use of analytical tools including Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, etc. Experience with one or more of the statistical modeling languages/toolboxes such as R, SAS, SPSS, Matlab, or Python is a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset - a problem-solving approach that gets to the underlying business questions, using a variety of data sources and information.
  • Stakeholder Partnership - analytical ingenuity and leadership, coupled with demonstrated cross-functional partnership, comfortable creating strategic recommendations in a thoughtful yet concise manner, and obtaining organizational approval at senior levels.

The total cash range for this position in Prague is Kč772,500.00 to Kč1,081,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to Kč1,236,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
