Introduction to the team:

Expedia B2B brings Expedia Group’s innovative technology and distribution platform to partners around the world, including online travel agencies, corporate travel managers, financial institutions, major airlines, and more. The B2B AI Solutions team builds the AI layer on top of that platform: natural-language capabilities, MCP servers, standalone agents and multi-agent systems that let partners and their AI agents safely plan, book, and service trips end-to-end.

We are hiring a Product Manager III to lead a set of generative and agentic AI modules that power smarter search, decisioning, and trip support for partners. In this role, you will own end‑to‑end product strategy and execution for these capabilities - from problem definition and partner discovery through to design, experimentation, and rollout - balancing short-term delivery with long-term bets. You will work closely with engineering, data science, design, finance, and commercial teams to power our partners’ AI travel agent experiences that improve conversion, and trust in AI-driven shopping and servicing across our B2B ecosystem.

In this role, you will:

  • Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for a set of partner-facing products that power AI-driven planning, shopping, and servicing experiences on top of Expedia Group’s B2B platforms.
  • Run structured discovery with internal teams and external partners to surface use cases, prioritize problems, and translate them into clear product opportunities and requirements.
  • Lead partner co-development and prototyping engagements, turning early concepts into scoped pilots and reusable product capabilities.
  • Drive end-to-end execution with engineering, data science, design, and program management; from design through delivery, launch, and iteration; and ensure clear specs and launch documentation are in place.
  • Own high-quality product requirements and user stories, and partner with engineering in an Agile development process to break work down, manage dependencies, and prioritize the roadmap using data-informed criteria.
  • Establish success metrics, instrumentation, and experiment plans, and use data and partner feedback to inform prioritization and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure AI features are grounded in strong safety, reliability, and governance principles in partnership with platform, legal, and risk teams.
  • Represent B2B AI Solutions in cross-team forums, influencing adjacent product areas so that partner AI scenarios are consistently supported across Expedia Group.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or related field; or equivalent related professional experience.
  • 5+ years of product management experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years with a Master’s degree (or equivalent), including primary ownership of a product area or service.
  • Demonstrated experience with B2B or platform products (e.g., APIs, SDKs, white label).
  • Strong technical fluency working with engineering on integration patterns, data flows, and system constraints.
  • Proven ability to run customer/partner discovery (interviews, workshops, problem framing) and translate insights into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using metrics, instrumentation, and experiments to prioritize work and assess impact.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of aligning cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, commercial, operations) around product decisions in ambiguous spaces.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on AI-enabled or AI-enabling products (e.g., natural language search, conversational experiences, decisioning systems, LLM tools, AI agents, Multi-agent Systems).
  • Hands-on experience running co-development or pilot programs with external partners.
  • Demonstrated success in 0 to 1 product building, preferably in B2B back-end platforms.
  • Comfort using modern prototyping tools (e.g., API clients, notebooks, AI-assisted coding tools) to explore ideas and make requirements concrete with engineering and partners.
