We are looking for a Product Manager III to help shape and scale analytics platform capabilities that make Expedia Group more data-driven.
This role focuses on self-service analytics, business intelligence platforms, and AI-powered analytics experiences that help users move from question to insight with greater speed, trust, and ease. real-world You will work across a portfolio that includes analytics and BI platforms such as Looker, Tableau, Databricks, and AI-powered experiences.
You will help define product direction, translate user needs into clear priorities, and partner closely with engineering, design, analytics, and stakeholders across the business to deliver trusted, scalable, easy-to-use analytics capabilities.

- Shape and evolve AI-powered analytics experiences, including natural-language and conversational interfaces, to provide governed, secure, and high-quality insights for both technical and non-technical users.
- Drive data-informed decision making by defining success metrics, analyzing qualitative and quantitative signals, and using them to inform trade-offs, releases, and continuous improvement across analytics capabilities.
- Work across platform and domain teams to align roadmaps, simplify overlapping or fragmented analytics experiences, and support rollout, change management, and adoption of new capabilities through clear communication and documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience delivering internal platforms, data products, analytics tools, BI capabilities, developer platforms, or other technical enterprise software in a cross-functional environment.
- Hands-on experience working with Tableau and a strong understanding of Tableau-based analytics and reporting workflows, including dashboard discovery, governance, usability, and adoption.
- Demonstrated ability to understand analytics user workflows and technical platform constraints, and convert that understanding into clear product decisions, requirements, and prioritized roadmaps that drive adoption and measurable business outcomes.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams to define and sequence delivery, ship iterative improvements, and ensure analytics and BI platform capabilities are reliable, scalable, well-governed, and secure.
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills, with a focus on measurable outcomes such as adoption, usage, and business value, and familiarity with analytics workflows, BI tools, SQL-based environments, or data platform ecosystems.
- Familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real world products, particularly in the context of analytics, BI, or data platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building or enhancing self-service analytics, BI, data exploration, or insight-sharing products used by a range of technical and non-technical personas, with a track record of driving sustained adoption and engagement.
- Proven record of shipping AI- or LLM-powered analytics experiences (such as conversational analytics, AI-assisted query and insight generation, or decision-support tools) with attention to trustworthy AI principles including safety, bias, privacy, and failure-mode analysis, and that safely integrate and operate AI/ML‑enabled solutions that improve analytics outcomes.
- Background developing frameworks, tools, or platform capabilities that scale across multiple teams or products, with strong governance, security, and operational excellence for analytics and AI-enabled workflows.
- Experience defining and monitoring product success through metrics such as adoption, engagement, time to insight, reliability, or time-to-value, and using these to guide iterative improvements across analytics platforms and AI-assisted features.
