Expedia Group is seeking a Product Manager III to help build the next generation of AI-powered analytics experiences that enable employees to discover insights, make decisions faster, and unlock more value from our data.
As part of the Analytics Products team, you will help define and deliver products that leverage Expedia Group's data foundations to power intelligent, scalable, and trusted analytics experiences across the business.
Working at the intersection of analytics, data, and artificial intelligence, you will partner closely with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve customer problems, and deliver innovative products that improve how teams access and interact with information.
This role is ideal for a product manager with experience in analytics or data-driven products who is excited about emerging AI technologies and their potential to transform how people work.
You'll contribute to products that incorporate conversational AI, intelligent workflows, and agentic experiences to help users move from questions to actionable insights more effectively.
What You'll Do
- Own and evolve AI-powered analytics and decision-support experiences that help users discover insights, automate workflows, and make better decisions.
- Define product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and success metrics for a portfolio of analytics and AI-enabled products.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to build intelligent experiences leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), conversational interfaces, and agentic workflows.
- Collaborate with analytics, data, engineering, and business stakeholders to understand customer needs and identify opportunities to create value through AI-driven solutions.
- Translate complex customer and business problems into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate product performance and inform investment decisions.
- Help shape the future of AI-powered experiences by staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving customer expectations.
- Ensure products are designed with appropriate considerations for trust, governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI practices.
- Partner across platform and domain teams to deliver scalable capabilities that can be adopted across multiple business functions.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering technical products, data products, analytics solutions, AI-powered applications, or enterprise software.
- Experience working within analytics, data, machine learning, AI, or other technical product domains.
- Strong understanding of how users interact with data and analytics products to answer questions, generate insights, and drive business outcomes.
- Experience working closely with software engineers and technical stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize work, and deliver products iteratively.
- Strong familiarity with modern AI technologies, including generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), conversational AI, or machine learning-powered experiences.
- Understanding of concepts such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agents, orchestration frameworks, evaluation approaches, or similar AI product patterns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and customer insights to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building or launching AI-powered analytics products
- Experience defining products that leverage enterprise data, knowledge systems, or analytical capabilities to power customer experiences.
- Understanding of responsible AI principles, including governance, privacy, trust, safety, and evaluation frameworks.
- Experience partnering with Data Science, Machine Learning, or Applied AI teams.
- Track record of taking products from concept through launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
- Experience measuring success through adoption, engagement, productivity, workflow efficiency, or business impact metrics.
- Experience working in a complex, highly cross-functional environment.
- Travel, e-commerce, marketplace, or consumer technology experience is a plus.
