Introduction to the Team: Expedia Group B2B is the B2B arm of Expedia Group. We bring innovative technology and distribution solutions to partners across the world, powering travel partnerships at scale through access to one of the industry’s most comprehensive travel supply sets. Within this space, our Demand Side teams focus on helping partners deliver great traveler experience by making Expedia Group supply easy to discover, integrate, and book.

The Role: As a Product Manager III on the Demand Side team, you will own product strategy and execution for lodging distribution capabilities delivered through our API platform. You will work at the intersection of partner needs, commercial opportunities, and technical delivery to build products that help partners shop, book, and service lodging supply effectively. This role is ideal for a product manager with strong API product instincts, a deep appreciation for distribution, and the ability to translate complex partner and platform needs into clear product direction.

In this role, you will:

  • Own and evolve the product roadmap for lodging distribution capabilities, prioritising based on partner demand, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and API design through launch, adoption, and ongoing optimisation.
  • Develop a strong understanding of partner use cases, integration patterns, and distribution needs across the lodging ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with commercial, partner success, and business development teams to translate market needs into well-defined product initiatives.
  • Drive API product decisions that improve partner adoption, booking performance, scalability, and overall distribution effectiveness.
  • Define and track success metrics such as partner adoption, conversion, booking contribution, API reliability, and feature utilisation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve developer experience, integration quality, and speed to value for partners working with lodging APIs.
  • Communicate product vision, priorities, trade-offs, and progress clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
  • Contribute to broader platform and distribution strategy by bringing insights from lodging partners, market trends, and integration performance.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B, platform, marketplace, or travel technology products.
  • Strong experience with API or platform products, including a solid understanding of RESTful APIs, integration workflows, and developer experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, create roadmaps, write clear requirements, and deliver iteratively with engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of product distribution concepts and the ability to apply them in a partner-facing, API-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience using data and product metrics to inform prioritisation and measure outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across technical, commercial, and operational teams.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in the travel industry, particularly in lodging, distribution, or partner-facing product roles.
  • Familiarity with modern API patterns and integration models.
  • Experience working with products that support shopping, booking, or servicing use cases.
  • Experience participating in partner engagements such as roadmap discussions, business reviews, or integration design sessions.
