About this role: Expedia B2B is the B2B arm of Expedia Group. We provide the scale, innovative technology and supply of Expedia Group to businesses looking to take on the world of travel. Through these partnerships we power experiences for millions of consumers globally, helping drive brand loyalty and growth for our partners, and Expedia Group. As a Senior Product Manager in Expedia B2B, you will orchestrate the development of cutting‑edge travel products, aligning innovative solutions with partner needs to build products that drive value for our partners and Expedia Group. You'll mentor teammates, take advantage of AI/ML advancements, and lead cross‑functional efforts to execute on a data‑informed, customer‑centric product strategy. Your expertise will drive the creation of strategic roadmaps, foster influential stakeholder relationships, and elevate the travel experience through meticulous execution and leadership. This is a critical product role to help reimagine how our partners inspire deeper loyalty with their members through an integrated travel experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the creation of a strategic product roadmap with clear outcomes, KPIs, and milestones.
  • Present and defend the product vision to stakeholders in a compelling and concise way.
  • Drive implementation of AI/ML solutions to improve processes and products.
  • Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to ensure scalable, future‑proof designs.
  • Build strong relationships across cross‑functional teams and guide decision‑making in ambiguous situations.
  • Manage complex stakeholder landscapes and balance competing priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and business value.
  • Use research, data analysis, and experimentation to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Partner with internal teams to develop go‑to‑market strategies and ensure successful product adoption.
  • Define metrics and models to measure impact and influence prioritization.
  • Mentor junior PMs to develop skills and elevate team performance.
  • Ensure consistency and quality in documentation and requirements across teams.
  • Own milestone and release planning for large initiatives, ensuring alignment and proactive risk management.
  • Facilitate trade‑off discussions and apply design thinking to create customer‑centric solutions.
  • Present confidently in executive settings and use storytelling, persuasion, and negotiation to drive alignment.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree; or equivalent related professional experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading product vision and strategy development.
  • Strong technical background with experience in AI/ML.
  • Proven ability to drive business decisions and profitability.
  • Experience in leading user experience design and data‑driven product strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence across various levels of an organization.
