Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management to drive our SEO/Organic Search product team within the Marketing organization. In this high-impact role, you will manage a team of product managers focused on driving organic traffic acquisition across traditional search engines and emerging answer engines (AI search). Your work will shape how millions of travelers discover Expedia Group brands, leveraging deep search expertise, scalable content solutions, and platform capabilities to improve performance and relevance.

You’ll bring a strong SEO/Search product mindset, technical depth in content systems and data-driven platforms, and a passion for solving visibility and discovery challenges. You will collaborate closely with partners in Engineering, ML, Analytics, UX, and SEO Strategy to deliver search-centric solutions at scale.

In this role, you will:

  • Craft and articulate a compelling SEO product vision that aligns with business goals and evolving search engine behaviors.

  • Own and execute the roadmap for scalable SEO experiences—across landing pages, content structures, and search innovations like GenAI and answer engines.

  • Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Data Science, Content, and Design to develop, launch, and optimize high-impact SEO solutions.

  • Drive product discovery through experimentation, structured testing, and data-driven hypothesis validation.

  • Define and track SEO success metrics such as rankings, indexation, visibility share, and non-paid traffic growth.

  • Work closely with data and ML teams to integrate models that improve content relevance, search targeting, and automated optimization.

  • Balance delivery speed and SEO rigor by applying agile methodologies while adhering to core SEO principles.

  • Translate SEO strategy into scalable execution plans, ensuring clear

  • Prioritization and cross-team alignment.

  • Collaborate with marketing, legal, and localization teams to deliver globally relevant and compliant SEO products.

  • Advocate for SEO product investment by framing business cases, quantifying opportunity, and aligning with Expedia’s broader growth priorities.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience: 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on SEO/Marketing or content platform products.

  • Demonstrated success in scaling organic search products and leading high-performing cross-functional teams.

  • Deep knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including crawlability, indexation, internal linking, structured data, and search engine behavior.

  • Proven ability to build test-and-learn programs, with strong experiment design and data interpretation skills.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, SQL, Querybook, and other analytics platforms to guide product insights and decision-making.

  • Experience working with engineering, data, content, and UX teams to deliver impactful, performant SEO products.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with an ability to simplify complex concepts and drive alignment.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments—able to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.

  • A passion for search, content discovery, and building solutions that serve both travelers and the business.
