Please note that this role is only available in the following locations: London. Due to the nature of the role, the position is a fully onsite role.

What you will do:

  • Place and manage IT hardware orders for EMEA and APAC
  • Own the end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle, including provisioning, deployment, refreshment and secure decommissioning
  • Ensure accurate asset tagging, tracking and chain‑of‑custody throughout the lifecycle
  • Support and escalate ServiceNow asset‑related tasks for regional and onsite coordinators
  • Maintain accurate and compliant asset and CI records within the ServiceNow CMDB
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation and remediation to ensure database accuracy
  • Conduct onsite and regional stockroom audits across EMEA and APAC
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances, ensuring that stockroom processes align with audit, security and compliance requirements
  • Maintain documentation to support audit readiness and operational consistency
  • Assist with asset‑related incidents and issue investigations by gathering, validating and documenting required information
  • Apply technical and operational expertise to resolve service disruptions in coordination with IT operations, workplace and security teams
  • Identify opportunities for improving asset lifecycle, inventory and CMDB processes
  • Create clear, concise and well‑organized communication materials (procedures, guidelines, audit findings, status updates)
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when adopting new tools, processes or regional requirements

Experience and qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT hardware asset management, end‑user computing or IT operations
  • Bachelor\’s degree, technical qualification, or equivalent practical experience preferred
  • Proven experience managing the full hardware asset lifecycle (procurement through decommissioning)
  • Experience supporting global or multi‑region environments (EMEA and/or APAC strongly preferred)
  • Hands‑on experience using ServiceNow Asset Management and CMDB
  • Experience supporting or acting as an escalation point for junior coordinators or support teams
  • IT Asset Management (ITAM), ServiceNow or supply‑chain related certifications are a plus
  • Experience working with vendors, logistics partners and internal procurement teams
