- Drive complex, multi‑workstream initiatives across SPA from design through to execution, ensuring programmes land on time and deliver measurable business impact.
- Develop and maintain operating rhythms, governance frameworks, and delivery processes that lift execution quality and reduce friction across the organization.
- Oversee SPA’s revenue analytics capability – encompassing commercial strategy, business intelligence, and data science – transforming performance data into actionable insights that inform partner and business decisions.
- Champion a data‑first culture; ensure leaders across SPA have the metrics, models, and tools they need to make well‑grounded decisions quickly and confidently.
- Steer and influence SPA’s product decisions by developing areas of expertise that best meet market demands; act as an innovator and thought leader around new products, technologies, and partner‑facing offerings.
