  • Own business performance outcomes across vendor-supported programs, including revenue delivery, operational efficiency, scalability, and partner performance.
  • Develop scalable governance frameworks that enable vendors to operate with autonomy while maintaining accountability to business objectives and operational standards.
  • Partner with commercial stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and monetisation initiatives across affiliate and partner ecosystems.
  • Drive business reviews, forecasting, prioritisation, and strategic planning across vendor portfolios.
  • Build operational frameworks that allow vendors to independently manage day-to-day execution within clearly defined SOPs, SLAs, governance structures, and escalation pathways.
  • Drive vendor accountability through structured governance, performance management, quality oversight, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Mentor and develop team members while fostering ownership and accountability.
  • Champion a continuous improvement mindset across internal and external teams.
  • Influence senior stakeholders through strong business acumen, operational credibility, and structured communication.
