  • Define and agree KPIs with the agency aligned to the brand measurement framework, and hold them accountable for delivery, optimisation, and results.
  • Accountable for management of agency invoices including accruals and management of non‑working costs associated with the market.

Integrated media strategy & planning

  • Review and challenge media strategies to ensure they are insight led, evidence based, and effective.
  • Manage the provision of specs and deliverables for agency‑managed media channels.

Market leadership & cross functional collaboration

  • Act as the primary point of contact and “voice” of the market surfacing local opportunities, risks, and updates.
  • Represent the market in relevant forums and working groups, involving channel specialists where appropriate.
  • Work closely with the Sponsorships team to ensure media and sponsorship activity is fully integrated and maximises the impact of brand investment.

Execution, measurement & optimisation

  • Oversee the end‑to‑end media planning and activation process in‑market, ensuring the agency delivers on time, on brief, and to agreed quality standards.
  • Remove blockers and clarify priorities to keep delivery on track.
  • Ensure robust measurement strategies and frameworks are built into all activity and consistently applied.
  • Translate reporting into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
