These strategies will also be implemented across the organization through development of new Commercial Playbooks.

Additionally, you will manage the business rhythm, ensuring seamless preparation for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews for senior stakeholders – this includes owning trading queries and commentary to teams outside SPA. • Campaign Analysis and Synthesis: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, with a particular focus on affiliate partnerships. Conduct post-campaign analyses to identify key learnings and actionable recommendations. Work with commercial and finance teams to integrate insights into campaign planning and execution through developing Commercial Playbooks. Analyze affiliate performance data to identify high-performing partners and underperforming campaigns; suggesting and implementing optimizations to grow top- and bottom-line performance. Recommend strategies for expanding the network of partnerships and maximizing the organisation’s profitability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Commercial teams (Business Development and Account Management), Operations, Finance, and Analytics teams to align on campaign goals and performance metrics. Act as a strategic advisor to internal teams, ensuring that marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.

Experience and Qualifications:
