Are you graduating from university in 2027 and want to learn more about a career in technology? The Career Discovery Program is an insight program offered to students who are looking to explore future career opportunities with a technical or analytical focus.
Travel is about more than just the destination- it's about the journey and the discoveries along the way. Through the Career Discovery Program, you will be immersed into Expedia Group's dynamic environment and provided with the tools and resources to explore a career pathway in Software Development, Data Science and more. Please note that this program is unpaid. However, travel expenses up to a limit and catering will be provided for the day.
What You'll Do:
- Learn all about Expedia Group, our company, our Values and what we do.
- Gain insight on different career journeys at Expedia Group through a Graduate Career Pathways panel.
- Participate in a skills development session focused on getting you career ready.
- Be inspired through a tech talk led by one of our subject matter experts.
- Collaborate in small groups to develop a solution to our immersive real-world tech business challenges.
- Meet with the Emerging Talent & Careers team to gain expert advice on your future career steps.
- Receive support and development through mentorship beyond the program to take you up until internship applications open.
Who You Are:
- Must be available to commit to the in-program launch on: Monday 14th July (UK) and participate in monthly virtual mentoring sessions from July - Sept/October.
- Must be able to participate in-person from 9:30am - 4pm in our Angel, London office for the launch of the program (407 St John St, London EC1V 4EX).
- Must be graduating from university in the same country of the program location.
- Helpful to be graduating with an undergraduate degree in a technical or analytical subject (e.g. Computer Science, Information Technology, Math etc.) between December 2026 and July 2027.
- Helpful to be curious about a future career in Software Development or Data Science.
- Helpful to have an interest in the technology/travel industry.

Apply now! Our dedicated Emerging Talent & Careers team will review your resume and application, and suitable applicants will be encouraged to complete an immersive strength-based online assessment as the first step. Selected candidates will then be asked to complete a motivation-based assessment, which will include video and multiple-choice questions - this is the final step of the process. We will then let all candidates know whether they have been successful by June 24th.
