What You'll Do
- Take end-to-end ownership of SEO initiatives, driving delivery independently across both technical and content workstreams, at the single page level and at scale.
- Lead keyword research, competitor reviews, content analysis and optimization, translating findings into clear, prioritised recommendations.
- Monitor performance to proactively surface trends, risks, and opportunities to improve search visibility and revenue; including designing and running test-and-learn experiments.
- Continuously optimise SEO best practices and guidelines, informed by insights, experimentation, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Growth Marketing and the wider B2B organisation to ensure SEO best practices are applied across all aspects of our white-label template platform.
- Partner with Product and Tech teams to propose and drive improvements to SEO tooling and capabilities, using data, insights, and structured testing methodologies.
- Become an expert user of SEO tools and processes, including content management systems, indexation, LLM content generation, and analytics and reporting solutions.
Who You Are
- Proven experience delivering SEO initiatives, preferably in the travel industry or ecommerce.
- Deep, practical knowledge of both technical and content SEO, with a track record of driving measurable outcomes autonomously.
- Hands-on experience working within content management systems (CMS) and API-based solutions to deliver content updates, both in small batches and coordinated at scale.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with advanced web analytics skills.
- Comfortable independently crafting and interpreting keyword research, competitor analysis, and analytics reports, and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Commercially driven, with the ability to prioritise based on data and revenue impact.
- Demonstrated experience generating measurable organic traffic or revenue growth from large scale LLM content.
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative mindset and proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Product.
- Proficient with analytics and competitor research tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google keyword tool, SEO Clarity and SEMrush.
- Curious, adaptable, and open to feedback, with a strong desire to grow in a dynamic digital environment.
- Up to date with the latest traditional and agentic search trends, tools, and best practices.
- “In-house” experience required. Additional agency experience is a bonus.
