As a Senior Analyst, you will:

  • Handle modeling forecasts, discovering insights, and finding opportunities through statistical, data mining and visualization techniques.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and transverse teams to analyze forecast variances, understanding and mitigating variance drivers, finding opportunities to improve operational efficiencies, and delivering against high organizational standards.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations across multiple business lines, partnering with business stakeholders, finance teams, and vendor managers to build a thorough understanding of workstreams and key performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain demand, workload, and staffing forecast models based on historical data.
  • Maintain historical data hygiene as well as proactively adjusting forecast models to account for changes in processes and metrics.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Make recommendations to reduce workload and improve productivity for partner teams.
  • Supervise and track the results of recommendations.
  • Analyze for potential risks in staffing levels and develop/implement plans to aid the operation in mitigating the risks as needed.
  • Utilize system reporting tools to analyze current business processes and to support continuous process improvements.
  • Find opportunities for improvement through data – setting targets, understanding drivers, assessing performance, and modelling scenarios.
  • Present results back to the business in a structured, data-driven manner – simplifying complicated concepts for non-technical public.
  • Develop clear and comprehensive process documentation, workflows, and detailed work instructions for our services.

Experience And Qualifications:

  • Have previous planning or forecasting experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills and competence in use of analytical tools: SQL, Salesforce, Tableau, etc.
  • Experience with one or more of the statistical modeling languages/toolboxes such as R, SAS, or Python is a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset – a problem solving approach that gets to the underlying business questions using a variety of data sources.
  • Partner Partnership – analytical resourcefulness and leadership, coupled with proven cross‑functional partnership.
  • Comfortable creating strategic recommendations and obtaining organizational approval at senior levels.
  • Effective communicator – build and sustain effective communications with other roles involved in the project.
  • Flexible approach – tailor experienced knowledge to meet specific circumstance.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
