Make an Impact! The Manager, Licensing Operations and Reconciliation role is part of the Air Revenue Governance team within the Travel Partnerships and Media (TPA) division at Expedia Group. This team provides day‑to‑day operational support to key industry partners and internal stakeholders, managing all aspects of revenue governance through settlement, reconciliation, and audit processes. In this role, your technical expertise and passion for air operations will be essential in enhancing the experience for both travelers and travel partners.
In This Role, You Will
- Lead and mentor a team responsible for licensing operations and reconciliation activities.
- Oversee BSP and ARC processes, ensuring compliance and timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Act as the primary point of accountability for reconciliation accuracy and operational performance.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members, building strong capabilities and engagement.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with finance, commercial, and technology teams to support business objectives.
- Take ownership of projects and initiatives; project/program management experience is an advantage.
Experience And Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor, coach, and inspire a team.
- Strong airline industry knowledge, including hands‑on experience with BSP or ARC processes.
- Ideally 6+ years, but key transferable skills would be considered.
- Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and organized, with a track record of delivering accurate results.
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A self‑starter who takes initiative and demonstrates accountability for outcomes.
- Project or program management skills are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with financial systems and reconciliation tools.
- Familiarity with global distribution systems (GDS) and airline settlement processes.
- Advanced Excel or data analysis capabilities.
The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $104,000.00 to $145,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $166,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
