Introduction to the Team
Private Label Solutions (PLS) is the B2B arm of Expedia Group. We bring Expedia Group's innovative technology and distribution solutions to partners across the world. These businesses include global financial institutions, corporate managed travel, offline travel agents, global travel suppliers (like major airlines), and many more.
B2B Product & Tech is looking for a dynamic planning manager to drive planning efforts across our organization. Key responsibilities will include:
- Driving business programs, identifying & enacting organizational improvements, product & tech org enablement, and supporting cross-functional product development planning processes.
- Deliver product feature request (PFR) program and manage the program in its business-as-usual state.
- Support quarterly development planning processes, including communications, quality assurance, training, analysis, cross-functional collaboration, feedback gathering, process improvements, etc.
- Lead product & tech org enablement through Your Voice Ambassadors program, developing & delivering training courses, acting as an AI champion, etc.
- Ensure release emails are shared promptly and align with the framework provided.
- Co-ordinate with B2B comms team, ensuring relevant information is shared promptly and to a high standard.
- Drive B2B Product & Tech org events, ensuring smooth running and soliciting feedback for ongoing improvement.
- Drive timelines to ensure all parties are clear on delivery expectations and documentation is clear and completed to a high quality.
- Identify & implement continuous improvement of the process each quarter, seeking feedback from all stakeholders.
Experience & Skills
- 4-6 years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, project management.
- Ability to work across multiple domain teams, levels, locations, time zones.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to responsibilities, identifying & mitigating risks, and identifying improvement & simplification opportunities.
- Proven attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal & communications skills with the ability to influence key decision makers and build strong relationships.
- Experienced and adept with Jira.
- Actively seeks diverse feedback on work and anticipates feedback to address it proactively.
