Introduction to the Team: The Third Party Inventory (3PI) team enables travelers to access accommodation from wholesalers, bedbanks, and other providers. As an Account Manager you will own a portfolio of partners, build trusted relationships, analyze performance, and unlock new collaboration opportunities.
Location: Singapore (also available in London)
In This Role, You Will:
- Manage and grow a defined portfolio of 3PI supply partners, ensuring their inventory is successfully distributed to Expedia Group travelers.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with partner account teams, including senior decision‑makers.
- Analyze business and operational performance to identify opportunities for growth, optimisation, and improved traveler outcomes.
- Provide consultative support by recommending tailored solutions, products, and operational improvements.
- Lead commercial discussions and support contract processes in collaboration with internal teams (e.g., legal, product, operations).
- Audit and identify issues relating to non‑compliance with contract terms.
- Apply deep market and product knowledge to deliver compelling value propositions, negotiate agreements, and influence strategic outcomes.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, technology, and operations teams to resolve partner issues and drive innovation.
- Share market insights, best practices, and performance data to support partner success and strengthen long‑term collaboration.
Qualifications: Japanese or Chinese a plus. Strong business acumen, including understanding of financial impact, distribution models and competitive market dynamics.
