The EMEA Marketing Specialist will support regional revenue growth as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team through the execution of tactical marketing strategies. This position reports to the Director Regional Marketing, EMEA and is part of the Regional EMEA Marketing team, located in Cambridge, UK and will be fully remote.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To:

  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning and management for the regional team, proactively identifying opportunities and level of attendance to align with the team’s overall goals.
  • Execute account-based marketing initiatives and regional campaigns that align with the EMEA strategy and commercial priorities.
  • Proactively manage and respond to field-based sales teams’ requests for support which may include collateral, in collaboration with our in-house design and content teams, working with wider teams, including operating companies within the Danaher family, to leverage best-value opportunities where feasible.
  • Drive optimisation of direct and third-party sales channels, leveraging advanced SEO strategies and data-driven enhancements.
  • Define and track MQLs/KPIs for events and campaigns; operationalize lead capture and follow up using CRM/marketing systems and analytics.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include:

  • Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Digital, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • More than 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, events or digital within life sciences/biotech/diagnostics (regional EMEA exposure preferred).
  • Experienced with budget ownership and vendor management for trade shows/events (contracts, stand build, logistics).
  • Proficiency with CRM/marketing platforms and understanding data/analytics (e.g. Tableau/Eloqua/TalonOne or equivalents).
  • Excellent written communication and web-optimised content skills, supported by strong organisation to ensure clear, high-quality delivery.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel up to 25-30% across EMEA, including overnights for events.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (where applicable).

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience with:

  • An additional European language (e.g., German/French/Spanish).
  • Digital competence, supported by a comprehensive understanding of the digital acronyms often referred to.
