Growth Marketing Specialist (1:1 – SME Engagement)

The Role
We’re seeking a world-class Growth Marketing Specialist to bring Una’s mission into the hands of thousands of SMEs.
This role is sales-driven growth at pace – owning digital acquisition, conversion and monetisation, while building the SME community and partner ecosystem.
You’ll craft campaigns that spark inbound demand, activate new users and amplify reach, all with razor-sharp storytelling, experiment-driven rigor and an AI-native mindset that leverages automation, insight, and agility.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Digital Acquisition – Drive SME signups, conversions and activations through targeted multi-channel campaigns
- AI-Native Mindset – Deeply fluent with AI tools, marketing automation and creative workflows; able to harness AI to accelerate campaign execution, testing and optimisation
- Pipeline Generation – Build consistent inbound lead flow ready for activation and upsell
- Conversion Optimisation – Continuously test and refine every stage of the funnel
- Data & Automation – Leverage CRM systems and analytics tools to measure attribution, refine targeting and scale performance
- Reporting & Insights – Own acquisition KPIs and communicate results with clear recommendations and next steps
- Community & Partner Growth – Work with SME associations, industry groups and partner networks to expand reach and credibility
What we are looking for
- 3 – 5 years in SaaS growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital acquisition, ideally within high‑velocity B2B or SME markets
- Proven ability to scale digital channels and drive measurable growth
- Deep understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and growth analytics
- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills that convert attention into action
- Highly data‑driven, commercially minded, and comfortable owning targets
- AI‑First Operator – fluent with modern AI tools and workflows, able to leverage automation and insight generation to drive efficiency and experimentation
- Hands‑on, agile, and highly data‑driven, with a test‑and‑learn mindset
