Position Overview
An FLT Warehouse Colleague supports warehouse operations by safely operating forklift trucks and carrying out general warehouse duties. The role ensures goods are handled, stored, and dispatched accurately while maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday // 12pm-8pm
Salary: £12.83 p/h // 15% uplift on hourly rate between 18:00-06:00 (salary paid monthly)

Location: LS15 8AF (Leeds)
Key Responsibilities
- Comply with BRCGS (food and drink) and GDP (medicine) guidelines following training
- Work in a responsible manner that complies with and increases product safety and quality
- Operate FLT equipment safely (e.g. Counterbalance, Reach, or PPT as applicable)
- Load and unload vehicles using FLT and manual handling techniques
- Move, stack, and store stock in designated warehouse locations
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
- Carry out stock checks and support inventory control
- Perform daily FLT safety checks and report faults or damage
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Follow health & safety, site procedures, and company policies
Role Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance licence
- Previous warehouse experience (desirable)
- Good understanding of health & safety practices
- Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines
- Basic IT skills for warehouse systems (where required)
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks
