Position Overview
We are hiring a Class 2 Multi-drop Driver who will be responsible for delivering palletised goods to retail stores. This is a physically demanding role requiring excellent customer service skills, professionalism, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday. Standard shift will be 11 hours but can vary during quieter and peak periods.
Salary: £15.00 (monthly pay)
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: BD6 1DW (Bradford)
Key Responsibilities
- Complete multi-drop deliveries to retail stores in a timely and professional manner.
- Safely load, unload, and manoeuvre palletised goods using a pallet truck.
- Ensure all deliveries are accurate and handled with care.
- Provide excellent customer service at each delivery point.
- Build positive relationships with store staff and customers.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork.
Role Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 2 licence
- Previous experience in multi-drop pallet delivery (preferred but not essential)
- Experience using a manual or electric pallet truck
- Good level of physical fitness due to the nature of the role
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Friendly and approachable with a customer first attitude.
- Presentable and friendly.
