We’re seeking a Class 1 Night trunk driver to join our growing night trunking team. Reporting to the night shift Warehouse Manager, you will assist with collecting goods from customers before taking a fully loaded trailer to one of our many depots.
Schedule & Compensation
- Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday // varied hours
- Salary: £18.88 p/h
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Location: BD6 1DW (Bradford)
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring vehicle checks are carried out at the start of every shift
- Responsible for ensuring load safety of every trailer
- Making sure all DD trailers arrive at the depots in a timely manner
- Assisting the night shift operation in whatever way possible.
Role Requirements
- Valid Class 1 driving licence
- Minimum 3 years experience driving a Class 1 vehicle
- Experience in the use of DD trailers preferred
- Previous experience delivering to large depots/distribution centres
- Must be flexible with start/finish times
