Overview
Are you looking to make some extra cash this autumn/winter? Do you have what it takes to make the shelves irresistible to shoppers? Do you have a knack for spotting what looks good?
If so, we\’re hiring a Seasonal Retail Merchandiser in the Fratton, Portsmouth area.
You\’ll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working in a range of high street retailers on behalf of exciting household name brands. You will be responsible for ensuring the fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well-stocked.

About the role
Weekly hours: 10
Shift pattern: Wednesday (3 hours), Friday (4 hours) & Saturday (3 hours)
End date: 27th December 2025
How you\\\’ll deliver excellence
- You\\\’ll restock and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
- You\\\’ll set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
- You\\\’ll know and stick to the merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures and health and safety guidance.
- You\\\’ll provide accurate and timely feedback and photos to our client account teams, via our survey application, as the eyes and ears in the stores!

- Are confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about your tasks
- Be comfortable with a bit of manual handling! You\\\’ll need to move and arrange our products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car is a bonus
