We\’re looking for a Retail Merchandiser based in the PE21 area. You\’ll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working primarily within The Entertainer concession within Tesco. There may be opportunities to work across other categories including, but not limited to, Books and Entertainment, Health and Beauty.
You will be responsible for ensuring the fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well-stocked.

About the role:
This role will primarily be based within Tesco Boston.
Confirmed working hours: 5 per week
This will include:
- Friday 15:30 – 17:30
- Saturday 15:30 – 17:30
Plus ad hoc work as interested and agreed!
Key responsibilities:
- Expert at the Entertainer: Know the Entertainer brand and products inside and out, and share that knowledge with your team!
- Compliance and Standards: Follow merchandising standards, store policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines. Implement planograms to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Product Placement and Replenishment: Arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
- Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: Set up promotional displays and signage to communicate prices, discounts, and offers effectively.
- Communication and Relationship Building: Build and maintain good relationships with in-store colleagues, especially department and store managers. Provide accurate feedback via our feedback application.

- Willingness to handle manual tasks, moving products from warehouse to shopfloor
- Willing to accept home deliveries of POS or stock items (additional pay)
- Comfortable using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions
- Full UK driving license and access to a car is a bonus
