eXPD8 are excited to be recruiting for a Merchandising Team Leader based in the New Malden area. You will look after the NR postcode area.
Weekly hours : Minimum 30 hours per week.
Availability: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work required to meet business coverage needs.
Team supervision: £13.50 per hour, approximately 18 hours per week.
Client merchandising : £12.71 per hour, approximately 12+ hours per week.
The Merchandising Team Leader is responsible for delivering operational plans across a defined district. This role leads day-to-day execution, supports Display Representatives, and ensures client activity is completed safely, consistently and to the required standard.
The role provides visible leadership, coaching and support to field-based colleagues, while helping the Regional Field Manager maintain strong performance, clear communication and reliable delivery
