At eXPD8, you'll help bring campaigns to life for leading brands and major UK retailers, supporting the delivery of high-quality in-store execution while building the foundations of your career. About the role
This is an entry-level role within our Client Services team, focused on providing essential administrative support to ensure client campaigns are delivered smoothly and effectively. You'll work closely with internal teams and field merchandisers, helping coordinate activity, manage information, and keep everything running on track.
Location: Hybrid – 2 days in our Bristol Head Office (Thursday is a must), 3 days working from home

How you'll deliver excellence:
- Act as a key point of contact for client and merchandiser queries via phone and email
- Create clear and engaging briefs for merchandisers based on client requirements
- Support campaign delivery by scheduling activity through internal systems
- Prepare reports by reviewing and collating campaign data
- Develop instructions, questionnaires, and briefing documents for field teams
- Ensure merchandisers have everything they need to complete tasks successfully
- Monitor completed work, checking for accuracy and compliance
- Flag issues and resolve queries quickly to keep campaigns on track
