Looking for a career glow up? Ready to work on some top beauty brands? Do you take pride in a fully stocked beauty stand? Look no further. We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Beauty Retail Merchandiser based in Primark Birmingham Fort in the B24 9FP area. You\’ll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, helping launch a new Beauty brand into a fast-paced high street store. You\’ll be responsible for driving sales by ensuring the stands are completely full of stock as these brands sell fast.
Location and Hours
This role will primarily be based within the B24 9FP postcode.
Confirmed working hours: 10 hours per week
Sunday 6:00am – 9:00am
Wednesday 6:00am – 9:00am
Friday 6:00am – 10:00am
There may be opportunities to work across other categories including, but not limited to, Books and Entertainment, Toys and General Merchandising.
Responsibilities
- Product Placement and Replenishment: arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
- Stock Availability: ensure as much stock as possible is out on shelves to drive sales; monitor stock levels and order products to avoid shortages.
- Beauty Knowledge: become an expert on Health and Beauty, including brands, products and trends.
- Compliance and Standards: follow merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures, and health and safety guidance; follow planograms to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: set up promotional displays and signage to communicate prices, discounts, and offers.
- Communication: build and maintain good working relationships with instore colleagues, particularly department and store managers; provide accurate and timely feedback to client account teams via the feedback application.
