You will be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, helping launch a new Beauty brand into a high street store. You'll be responsible for driving sales by ensuring the stands are completely full of stock as these brands sell fast!
About the role:
- This role will primarily be based within Primark Trafford Centre, M17 8AS.
- Confirmed working hours: Monday 07:00-11:00, Tuesday 07:00-10:00, Thursday 07:00-11:00, Friday 07:00-11:00.
- This is a trial for a new brand so flexibility on hours and days may be needed.
- Inductions for this role will commence mid October.
How you'll deliver excellence:
- You will arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
- Ensuring as much stock as possible is out on shelves in order to drive sales.
- Monitor stock levels and order products to avoid shortages.
- Become an expert on Health and Beauty, including brands, products and trends.
- Follow the merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures and health and safety guidance.
- Follow and implement planograms, where provided, to ensure consistency and compliance with merchandising standards.
- Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
- You'll provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams, via our feedback application, as the eyes and ears in the stores!
