Job Description eXPD8 are excited to be recruiting for a Retail Merchandiser in the Honiton Devon areaHours: Monday flexible start time 3hrs 15Wednesday flexible start time 5hrs 45Thursday 8 am start time 2hrs 30Friday flexible start time 2hrs 30As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality field activity across assigned retail stores. You will set up, maintain, and check product displays to make sure each visit is completed accurately, safely, and on time, in line with client briefs, service level agreements, and quality standards. Working in the store, the Retail Merchandiser will follow daily schedules and client instructions, using your judgement and attention to detail to deliver consistent in-store execution. You will work independently while keeping in regular contact with your District Team Leader to flag any risks, resolve issues, and keep activity on track. As the Retail Merchandiser you will also act as the eyes and ears in store , providing clear written updates and photographs that support client reporting, insight, and continuous improvement. Visit assigned stores on schedule to set up and maintain product displaysFollow instructions (planograms) and client guidelines for each visitMake sure displays look great, are safe, and meet company and legal standardsTake clear photos and write short reports after each visit using company systemsLet your Team Leader know if you run into problems (like missing stock or access issues)Build good relationships with store staff and represent the company professionallyKeep up with any required training or certificationsComplete all store visits on timeFollow instructions and keep displays looking their bestWhat You will Need: Full UK driving licence and access to a car (if needed)Experience in merchandising, retail, or customer serviceGood at organizing your own work and managing your timeComfortable working on your own and following instructionsGood communication skillsAble to use a smartphone or tablet for reportingUnderstand basic health and safetyBe honest, respectful, and positiveBuild strong relationships and work well with othersGet things done efficiently and reliablyAlways look for ways to improveeXPD8 is proud to be ranked as the top field marketing employer in the Financial Times' UK Best Employers 2025 & 2026 list, celebrating our commitment to a supportive and empowering workplace!
