Look no further… We've got an exciting opportunity to join us as a Beauty Retail Merchandiser based in Primark Bournemouth in the BH2 5RL area. You'll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, helping launch a new Beauty brand into a fast-paced high street store. You'll be responsible for driving sales by ensuring the stands are completely full of stock as these brands sell fast!
About the role:
- This role will primarily be based within the BH2 5RL postcode.
- Confirmed working hours: 10 hours Sunday, Monday, Friday.
- This is a fixed term contract that ends 28 December 2026, however there would be opportunity for the right candidate to move to permanent work.
- There may be opportunities to work across other categories including, but not limited to, Books and Entertainment, Toys and General Merchandising.
What You Will Do:
- Visit assigned stores on schedule to set up and maintain product displays.
- Follow instructions (planograms) and client guidelines for each visit.
- Make sure displays look great, are safe, and meet company and legal standards.
- Take clear photos and write short reports after each visit using company systems.
- Let your Team Leader know if you run into problems (like missing stock or access issues).
- Build good relationships with store staff and represent the company professionally.
- Keep up with any required training or certifications.
- Complete all store visits on time.
- Follow instructions and keep displays looking their best.
What You will Need:
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (if needed).
- Experience in merchandising, retail, or customer service.
- Good at organizing your own work and managing your time.
- Comfortable working on your own and following instructions.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to use a smartphone or tablet for reporting.
- Understand basic health and safety.
- Be honest, respectful, and positive.
